The Queen by Tiffany Reisz Read Online

The Original Sinners series is my #1 go to BDSM erotica series. Information technology will probably always be the first series to popular in my caput when asked for recommendations. There'southward a reason for that, and if the previous vii books I've read in the series didn't hit the blast in the head – The Queen definitely will, and does.

Every one of the White Years books deals with a backstory to a time period in the Red Years. The Queen is Nora's ascension to ability, or throne, or Queendomme (Queendom? Never mind…)

Nora left Søren for about 4 years mail hers and King's incident, one of those years she spent in her mother's convent and the other three… well, you need to readThe Queen to go those.

I want to focus on the relationships in this book when writing this review, and there are some intricate relationships inThe Queen.

Nora faces and realizes being a switch, learning what it ways, fully, and embraces it. But doing that she's condign Kingsley's Domme. Which in turn gets her on the path or Dominatrix training. Can y'all imagine the fun? If y'all've read the previous seven books and in between novellas, youknow anything to practise with Kingsley is fun, and then is Nora's preparation. What'southward so interesting here is the honey-hate bond they cultivate during that fourth dimension.

Nora has to degrade another Domme in the community, a Domme who'southward threatening Nora with what she holds well-nigh honey in the earth, and a Domme who's not a very proficient Dominatrix to begin with.

Nora has help from a boyfriend, who'south true to Tiffany Reisz'south mindfuckery ways is very fickle. I think Nora is a people lover and is very trusting, so her relationship with this young man gives a unique insight into her thought procedure and how naïve (or non?) she is.

And last butnever to the lowest degree, her relationship with Søren. Fiction'southward all-time and ultimate sadist wants her dorsum. Obviously. But Nora isn't a submissive anymore – she's the Red Queen – and as a Dominatrix she will gladly have Søren back simply he will have to submit to her. I swear, even writing this I'm cracking up laughing. You know, we all know this isn't going to happen, merely it's what she demands in gild to go dorsum to him, dorsum to wearing his collar again.

You encounter, there's a reason for that; If she's submitting to Søren, he will never let her be a Dominatrix. When Eleanor ishis, she's his. She can't exist annihilation else, then while she volition always be at that place for Søren, she won't go dorsum to being his submissive. Aye, my eye breaks, too.

The scenes between the leading couple are intense, insane and mind blowing – both emotionally and sexually.

The entire book is archetype Tiffany Reisz. It's fast paced, it'due south mesmerizing and it'southward very much a full length turn on. Nosotros get piffling $.25 of data on things we knew as fact earlier now, but at present we get the stories leading upwards to those facts. For instance… Eleanor's Dominatrix name.

We get glimpses into the other characters, all of them, and while they're all $.25 of information – I loved and enjoyed them all.

The Queen somehow concludes beautifully the previous vii books and the unabridged serial, and I'm loving the fact that Reisz pretty much promised there will be more at some point in the future. But fifty-fifty if at that place won't be – this series is perfection only equally it is.

five Stars

**As e'er, my thanks to Harlequin, Tiffany Reisz and NetGalley for this early on copy in exchange for my honest review.

Once upon a fourth dimension, Nora and Søren made a fateful deal—if he gave her everything, she would requite him forever.

The time has finally come to keep their promises.

Out of money and out of options after her yr-long exile, Eleanor Schreiber agrees to bring together forces with Kingsley Border, the male monarch of kink. Subsequently her first taste of power every bit a Ascendant, Eleanor buries her one-time submissive cocky and transforms into Mistress Nora, the Ruby Queen. With the help of a mysterious young homo with a job fifty-fifty more illicit than her ain, Nora squares off against a cunning rival in her quest to become the most respected, the well-nigh feared Dominatrix in the Surreptitious.

While new lovers and the sweetness gustation of freedom intoxicate Nora, she is tempted time and time again by Søren, her simply love and the 1 man who refuses to bow to her. Only when Søren accepts a new church consignment in a dangerous country, she must make an agonizing option—will the queen keep her throne and let her lover go, or trade in her crown for Søren's collar?

With a shattering concluding confession, the terminal link in the chain is forged in The Original Sinners saga. It'south the closing affiliate in a story of salvation, sacrifice and the multitude of scars nosotros collect in the name of ecstasy—and love.
